Space enthusiasts in the UAE, hold your telescopes!
Earth is preparing for a solar eclipse tomorrow, April 8, however, residents of the UAE will not be able to see the celestial event, an official of the Dubai Astronomy Group (DAG) said.
A total solar eclipse occurs when the moon passes between the Sun and the Earth, totally blocking the face of the Sun. Unfortunately, this time, the UAE falls outside that path.
Don’t fret though! There are tons of livestreams online. Catch the action virtually and pretend you’re there.
