Although Burj Khalifa holds the record for the world’s tallest building, Emaar plans to develop another super tower that might rival it.
The developers told Arabian Business that they are considering creating a second super tower to the approximate height of the Burj Khalifa, 830 m.
Where will it be located?
The location is being planned to be near Downtown Dubai, near the Burj Khalifa, or at Dubai Creek.
What will it look like?
Four unique designs have been considered for this exciting project: a rocket-shaped tower, a futuristic design with gothic spires, a glass tube-style structure, and a luxury-themed tower. The tower’s design and operation will incorporate artificial intelligence.
What are the plans for the tower?
Sources suggest that the tower’s focus would primarily be on high-end offices, leisure facilities, hotels, and residences.
The news of the new super tower comes just weeks after the announcement of the Burj Azizi, the soon-to-be second-tallest tower in the world, which will stand tall at a mind-blowing 725 meters.
