Zuma Dubai’s Brunch is Back!
It's been a while, but due to popular request, the Dubai institution will be reintroducing Friday brunch later this month to deliver the epitome of sophisticated bites for elegant weekend dining, with the addition of an ambient family atmosphere.
The all-new 2015 menu will be incorporating its revered signature dishes including jumbo tiger prawns with yuzu pepper and the miso black cod served to your table, while the addition of an exciting range of live cooking stations is sure to entertain. You're sure to be drooling as you watch the Zuma expert chefs in action, preparing a selection of Japanese street-food, such as tako yaki (octopus ball pancake) and Wagyu beef shabu-shabu, to be devoured as soon as it’s cooked. If you still have space for dessert, the sweetest of endings comes courtesy of a special platter, featuring exotic fruits and Zuma classics like green tea and banana cake and the decadent special chocolate with vanilla bean ice cream.
Once you've had a bit of quality family time, the brunch allows you to enjoy the best of both worlds, as your little ones head off to the supervised play area, allowing you to have a bit of ‘me’ time to catch up together or with friends in the main restaurant or lounge, which sounds like a winner to us – best book a table pronto!
