Yum Alert! Wok It Restaurant Opens in Bur Dubai
Serving up the best of Indonesian, Malaysian, Singaporean, Thai, Chinese and Japanese cuisine, Wok It is a haven for Asian food lovers. The eatery’s menu features favourites like chicken noodle soup, bakmi or nasi goreng, tom yum, fried rice and succulent satay. If spicy is what you’re after Wok It also has curry laksa, Thai fish curry and beef rendang on offer. And you can order it as hot as you like.
With street food in mind, you can see the chefs making magic with their woks in the display kitchen. Signature street food dishes are prepared live including martabak telor – a thin pastry filled with egg and meat and accompanied by a homemade spicy sauce. There’s also the martabak manis dessert which is a delish combination of cheese, chocolate and cashew nuts.
The Feng Shui-inspired setting works for families as well as intimate dinners and business lunches. Plus with an average meal for two costing about Dhs150, it’s a great place to dine out without breaking the bank.
