You can now take an abra ride on the Dubai Canal!

The RTA recently announced the operation of a traditional abra on the Dubai Water Canal.

The abra, which would be available on demand, has a capacity to accommodate 20 riders (minimum eight riders) and ferry them on a journey that starts off Sheikh Zayed Road Marine Transport Station.

The fare is Dhs25 per rider or Dhs300 per hour for charting the abra. The service hours start from 4pm to 11.30pm on all weekdays.

What a great way to explore the city’s latest attraction!
