Yoghurt Parfait with Banana and Dates Recipe
1 large tub of Rachel’s Organic Greek Yoghurt
1 large, ripe banana, sliced
Handful of dates, pitted and chopped
Agave nectar or honey
Pistachios or sliced almonds
Add 2 scoops of yoghurt into a dessert glass, layer with banana slices and then top with chopped dates. Drizzle with agave nectar or honey.
