Healthy Recipe: Yakitori Chicken

Dig into this saucy fave

Shichimi Pepper
Chopped spring onion
Boneless chicken thigh
Yakitori Sauce
Wooden barbeque skewers

1 Cut the chicken into small pieces and skewer, alternating with the spring onion
2 Dip the skewers into your yakitori sauce and cook on your barbeque until the meat is cooked
3 For a fuller flavour ensure you cover the meat with lots of sauce whilst cooking
4 Sprinkle some shichimi pepper over the top for a slightly spicy taste
