The world's most expensive perfume has launched in the Dubai Mall and team Ahlan! was one of the first to see it up close and personal.
Affectionatey named Shumukh, which in Arabic translates to ‘deserving the highest', the bottle is embellished with 3,571 diamonds, topaz, pearls and gold. And it's pretty amazing, to be honest.
The ultra-luxury fragrance - which holds Guinness World Records for 'most diamonds set on a perfume bottle’, and ‘tallest remote controlled fragrance spray product’- is on display at The Dubai Mall, Fashion Avenue until March 30. It boasts the finest natural ingredients, including notes of amber, sandalwood, musk, rare pure Indian agarwood, pure Turkish rose, patchouli ylang-ylang and frankincense. It is estimated to last on the skin for more than 12 hours and up to 30 days on fabric. Wow.
