Ballet came back on the scene a few years ago when Natalie Portman pirouetted onto our screens in Black Swan, but it’s since taken a back seat… until now. Miranda Kerr and, surprisingly, Mick Jagger have revealed it’s the secret to their tiny waistlines, while ‘Muscles from Brussels’ Jean-Claude Van Damme trained in ballet for years, later using moves he’d learned to help Kylie tone her famously pert derrière.
