Catch all the action on supersized screens this World Cup – here are our top three locations

Barasti: The perennially popular beachside haunt has built an air-conditioned dome with two 12m screens and room for 1,200 fans. It’s screening every match, and the opening night will feature a performance by football freestyle duo the F2 Freestylers, whose unique blend of ball skills and choreography should kick off the season in style.

Atlantis, The Palm: The Mundial 2014 football tent will offer a plush beachfront atmos, styled as an Arabesque coffee and shisha hot spot. You can bring a lot of friends along to watch with, the tent seats up to 250 guests, and will show all matches across 13 screens. There will also be an a la carte menu featuring Arabic mezze and football favourites including burgers, nachos and spring rolls.

Taste Ronaldo's Legs
La Terazza is one of several restaurants in the UAE offering FIFA-themed menus. We especially love this one because it contains dishes such as 'Ronaldo's Legs' (peri-peri chicken) lollipops, Dhs55) from Portugal, and, from France, 'This is not Hollande' (crumble Brie bites, Dhs55), among other tapas.
