Normally when I meet a celebrity it's me who's shocked to see them, but when Gary Barlow popped into the Virgin Radio studio I left him feeling electrified!
With my new fitness regime I've managed to shed a lot of excess weight, but I'm always on the lookout for ways to maximise my workouts to help me reach my target size even faster. So when I heard about a way to build muscle and burn fat without lifting a finger, I jumped at the chance to try it!
Big Rossi and I were given some cool sleeveless jackets to wear that pulse electricity through your body, and we were told that this makes muscle grow faster, and if worn while working out it's 18 times more effective! So naturally, Big Rossi and I decided to wear the jackets to work and cranked up the settings so that every four seconds a strong jolt of electricity was shot through our bodies. By chance, Take That star Gary Barlow just happened to be passing through the building and he was surprised, to say the least, when every four seconds Big Rossi and I jumped and twitched thanks to the jackets. We invited him to try one on, but he turned us down. Hopefully the results will be shockingly good!

Big Rossi's Crazy Tales
If you struggle to go an hour without checking your Twitter or Facebook accounts, spare a thought for the people of Pocahontas County in America, where mobile phones, the internet and TV are banned! The reason is that there's a state-of-the-art radio telescope there and the government has declared it a 'radio quiet zone' to protect its reception! Now, I've been thinking for ages about a joke to do with Wi-Fi but I just simply couldn't make the connection!

If Your Name's Not Down You're Not Coming in!

If my career as a radio DJ ever fails, I think I've found the perfect back-up plan. Last week had a sneak peek at the soon-to-open Pacha Ibiza Dubai nightclub at Souk Madinat Jumeirah, but they made me work for the privilege. I got suited and booted for my role as a club doorman and I think I did a pretty good job, even if I do say so myself!
