As Dubai prepares itself for EXPO 2020 and the various pavilions for different countries for the event, the United States seems unprepared.
The US is late in contributing to its pavilion, and the possibility of not having it ready in time is high.
With less than a year left, the US pavilion is still not in place – apparently, it may have to be redesigned in order to cut costs.
John Rakolta Jr, US Ambassador to the UAE, requests American companies and business leaders to facilitate the pavilion’s presence by helping out.
According to a US law, public funds cannot be utilised to conduct a world exposition.
