Uber UAE has supported its driver who refused to pick up a customer with a bad star rating
Uber UAE has backed up the decision by one of its drivers to refuse to pick up a customer who had a lower than average star rating of 4.34.
The passenger requested an Uber to which the driver replied 'your rating is really very bad, I am not coming'.
The woman shared her experience on Twitter, and questioned Uber UAE, asking if 4.34 was legitimately a bad enough rating to refuse service, to which Uber responded that a little courtesy goes a long way.
Turns out, that star rating does matter!
