Finish off those diets now, ladies,  because on 30 October, it's time to say goodbye to low cal meals and say hello to a culinary splurge. The International Fine Food Festival, from 30 October to 2 November at The Meydan Racecourse, will feature a wide variety of delicious products, and the chance to interact with world-class international and local chefs, well-informed organic farmers, gourmet producers, suppliers and distributors at an event called the Posh Picnic. Love the name!

There will also be meals prepared by teams from fine dining restaurants such as Rhodes Mezzanine and The Farm at  two pop-up restaurants as part of The Chef's Table.

Other highlights of the festival include the Balqees Honey Warm Dessert Challenge on 31 October at 11.50am, the Tropicaii Healthy Menu Challenge on 1 November at 8.30am, the Vegetarian Challenge as part of The Golden Toque Middle East challenge on 1 November at 3.30pm and the Amuse Bouche gallery junior chef competition at 11.30am and 3.30pm daily.

See you there!
