Treatment Review: Inversion Femme
Inversion Femme

What: A ‘wonder pill’ designed to make you look younger, lose weight and improve the quality of your hair and nails. Yes, all that!

Where: Available from all major pharmacies.

How long: Two tablets to be taken every morning and one every night with best results showing after two months.

How much: Dhs260 for 30-day supply

The treatment: Recently relaunched, Inversion Femme landed on my desk a month ago, along with details on clinical trials involving 52 women aged 30 and over taking these supplements for two months. Women on the trial experienced a 27 per cent reduction in the depth of wrinkles, a 50 per cent reduction in hair loss, an improvement in nail condition and weight loss. So, what’s in these so-called wonder pills? “A precise balance of natural ingredients including vitamins C, B2, B5, B6, B8, iron, Omega-6 and 3, and grape extract,” say the makers. Catherine Zeta-Jones and Jane Fonda are both fans!

The results:  Having just completed a 30-day trial, I can confirm that these pills really do improve skin – my usual breakouts disappeared and I had more good hair days than I’m used to. I didn’t notice any weight loss or wrinkles vanishing though, and thought the price was a little steep. I’m wondering if I can get the same results by looking for a cheaper supplement with similar vitamins and Omega oils… The makers say not, as it’s their “precise balance” that gets results.
