The Australian food emporium is collaborating with Valrhona, the world's foremost chocolatier, and their renowned Ecole du Grand Chocolat for a unique chocolate masterclass hosted by Elizabeth Stevenson, an independent pastry professional who started her own consulting company Lady Battenberg and Executive Pastry Chef for the newly opened Wafi hotspot Qbara. An exclusive chocolate orientated menu has been created will be available from 27 October to 16 November, featuring exciting chocolate dishes from breakfast all the way up until dinner time. Start your day right as you tuck in to the salmon ceviche served on pumpernickel bread with herbs, wasabi dressing and shavings of white chocolate. For daring eaters, the flavoured cocoa rubbed BBQ short ribs with mango, capsicum, jalapeno slaw and milk chocolate shavings might be the right choice.
If you are an aspiring chef or simply love to cook, take the master class with Chef Stevenson where you'll learn how to create the delicious jivara chocolate tart and the marmalade pannacotta. With your own cooking station, equipped with a complete set of ingredients and a complimentary jones the grocer apron, you will learn how to handle your chocolate with one of the chocalte chef celebrities of our time.
To top it all off, jones the grocer are announcing the arrival of the highly acclaimed 'Artisan du Chocolat' on their shelves. This special chocolate features liquid salted caramels that were created for Gordon Ramsey at The Claridges in London.
