TIP: Your base is the true foundation of a good makeup application. If you don’t get that right, your makeup won’t look good either. Before applying your base, try using a primer for added staying power. Primer fills in all unwanted lines and pores, leaving skin with a perfectly smooth layer to apply foundation and concealer on. Less is more when it comes to foundation – only use to even out skin tone if needed; use concealer to cover up unwanted marks and pimples over your foundation.
TREND: Basso & Brooke rocked the dark lip look at London Fashion Week. They used a very dark plum shade to line the lip giving it a harder edge and filled in with a dark matte red lipstick before blending in. Keep the rest of your makeup natural and match your lipstick to your nails.
