Celebrate Eid with Lebanese star Yara and get in on the flywheel craze!

Catch three top Arabian musical stars at this special event that is being held as part of SummerFest Abu Dhabi. Lebanese songstress and opera star Yara will perform her hits, before Saudi Arabia’s Rabeh Saqer follows with the biggest musical numbers of his 30-year career. Then X Factor Arabia judge Hussain Al Jassmi will sing hits from his four albums. The show is all seated.

The Things We Like Sessions

Dubai theatre hub Dubai Community Theatre & Arts Centre (DUCTAC) is offering a chance to buy everything from vintage jewellery to decorating goodies at its Things We Like sessions. An extension of the theatre’s Things We Like markets, they will see local artists and creatives selling their work in one-off, pop-up stores. This week, local firm Camel Milk Soap will be in town selling their products, which promise to plump the skin and smooth fine lines.

Steak Night at Amerigos

Mark a special iftar by choose a piece of meat from the display and staff will cut it in front of you, weigh it and charge you by the gram. Light Racers

Ferrari World Abu Dhabi will glow with a new celebration of light featuring a series of spectacular live performances. Headlining the Light Racers event will be the group Khawater Al Dalam from Jeddah who took the Arab’s Got Talent stage by storm last year with their impressive appearing-disappearing LED dance act. Visitors will also be able to catch the creative antics of America’s Got Talent finalists Lightwire Theatre. The US performers combine electroluminescent technology, theatre and art to create glowing puppetry shows. Light Racers will also see local favourites Urban Grunge dance with lights to show off their energetic hip-hop.
