Tomo, RAFFLES HOTEL, DUBAI
You’ll never see the city like this. Because the restaurant sits on the periphery of Downtown Dubai, the 17th-floor perspective offered of the Burj Khalifa, Emirates Towers and iconic Dubai skyline, is second to none.
Kneel for an authentic experience. Seiza is the Japanese term for sitting on one’s knees to dine the traditional way. At Tomo you have the option to dine like a native, or the Western norm of dining with a table and chairs.
Save room for starters. The extensive list of appetisers mixes both sushi and raw selections with hot starters. Needless to say there’s a lot of choice, so make sure you can fit it all in.
Go crazy for the curry. The chicken curry is easily one of Tomo’s best dishes, so if you’re not feeling adventurous choose this meal as a safe bet.
They bring the beef. With nine different Wagyu beef dishes, meat lovers will not be left disappointed with the selection ranging from meat patties to thinly sliced steak, all of which are delicious!
