As official food magazine for Taste of Dubai, Gourmet is going to be at the centre of the action when the emirate's gourmands and celebrity chefs from around the world descend on the Media City Amphitheatre. This year's headlining chefs are Eric Lanlard, the master patissier and star of TV's Baking Mad, and Michelin-starred French maestro Jean-Christophe Novelli. The culinary superstars will be doing cooking demonstrations throughout the festival sharing top tips on how to cook like a pro. Make sure to pick up the February issue of Gourmet for our interview with Jean-Christophe Novelli and find out more about what to expect at Taste of Dubai.
Cooking enthusiasts can enjoy masterclasses in the Chef's Theatre and get involved with prepping, cooking and (best of all!) sampling the recipes at the Kenwood Cooking School. New restaurants signed up this year include Almaz by Momo, Café Habana, Emporio Armani Caffe, Magnolia Bakery, The Act, Burj Al Hammam, StTropez Bistro and Ewaan. Old favourite like Rivington Grill, Gaucho, Asado and Thiptara are also returning. We look forward to seeing you there!
