The Oberoi is making its way onto the Dubai brunch scene with the launch of a tapas-inspired option that features cuisine from around the world. You can start in Japan with dishes including the popular snack takoyaki (a seafood dumpling), handmade dim sum and freshly prepared sushi, and sashimi. Move across to Europe and you can sample classic tapas such as calamari with chorizo, a variety of roasted meats as well as freshly baked pizza.
For dessert Nine7One’s chefs showcase their skills with inventive dishes like the lemon soda sphere on caramel ‘soil’ and the strawberry pesto cider gazpacho. If you fancy something a little simpler there’s the reliable chocolate fountain accompanied by mandarin marshmallows and fresh fruit skewers.
The brunch is family-friendly with a supervised children’s entertainment area, cookie-making and bed-making classes and a special children’s buffet with treats such as candyfloss and waffle lollipops, as well as healthy options.
