I sat down with the Argentinian bombshell and the face of Guess’ new spring Marciano campaign to discuss all things fashion…
Congrats on your new role! How do you relate to the Marciano brand?
To me the Marciano woman is the symbol of sensuality and femininity and I have always adored this kind of woman. I immediately related because it’s able to show a very strong and elegant female who knows what she wants and where she wants to go in life.
How would you describe the Marciano woman?
She’s sophisticated and fashion-forward, and willing to make a statement with her wardrobe. She is confident, beautiful, and multi-talented – and I’m so honoured to be representing this wonderful brand!
Talk us through the new season collection. What were the inspirations?
The collection is full of sartorially savvy pieces that will turn heads all season long. Sophisticated pencil skirts are paired with matching crop tops to show just the right amount of skin, and the floral hues throughout the collection add the perfect amount of femininity to your spring wardrobe.
What are the hero pieces?
I instantly fell in love with two dresses from the collection – the black Ravi sequin lace gown and the Marlana gown. I found these to be the most elegant pieces in the collection, with the most flattering silhouettes that are just perfect for the Marciano woman. I also love the white floral pants – they are extremely elegant and refined but colourful.
If you could give us one top style tip for our Middle East-based readers, what would it be?
Every woman has her own personal style, and I think that all women look their best when they are in a silhouette that they feel great in. Confidence is the most attractive quality in a woman!
