This month, head over to the Address Dubai Marina and feast your eyes with the tallest Gingerbread tower in the UAE, which is on display in the lobby until 4 January, the sixth anniversary of the Burj Khalifa.

The Address Dubai Marina unveiled the spectacular model of Burj Khalifa to celebrate the festive season and the memorial of the inaugural day of Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building.

Made entirely from gingerbread and other edible ingredients, the tower is 11.3 meters tall and was created from scratch by the talented pastry team at the hotel – it took a whopping 720 hours to make! The Gingerbread tower is composed of more than 30,000 gingerbread panels, using 3,600lb of icing sugar, 216 litres of honey and more than 23 kilos of ginger powder.
