Taylor Swift Slates Pop Superstar in New Album Track Bad Blood
Chart topper Taylor Swift has reignited her feud with a female pop superstar after writing a tell all song on her new album, 1989.
Following in the footsteps of Ed Sheeran, who's hit single Don't allegedly hits out at former flame Ellie Goulding, Taylor lets rip in her new track Bad Blood.
While none of the tracks lyrics have been released, in an interview with Britain's Rolling Stone Taylor dished all the goss on her latest musical offering saying: "For years, I was never sure if we were friends or not. She would come up to me at awards shows and say something and walk away, and I would think, 'Are we friends, or did she just give me the harshest insult of my life?' (Then last year) she did something so horrible. I was like, 'Oh, we're just straight-up enemies'. And it wasn't even about a guy!"
"It had to do with business. She basically tried to sabotage an entire arena tour. She tried to hire a bunch of people out from under me. And I'm surprisingly non-confrontational - you would not believe how much I hate conflict. So now I have to avoid her. It's awkward, and I don't like it."
While Taylor was adamant she wouldn't reveal the person the track is about, she was keen to stress it is not about a boy saying: "I know people will make it this big girl-fight thing. But I just want people to know it's not about a guy. You don't want to shade someone you used to date and make it seem like you hate him, when that's not the case."
It seems you don't want to get on the wrong side of Taylor after another track rumoured to be on her upcoming album is titled Style, apparently a dig at ex boyfriend Harry Styles.
