Our culinary partners tend to value our creativity. Some of the parties we’ve catered for include non-profit art initiative START’s gala dinner in Al Quoz and events for the Vogue Fashion Experience in The Dubai Mall, designer Khulood Thani of Bint Thani, Fatema Fardan and Level Shoe District.
We’re known for doing all the catering for S*uce. The team there always inspire us; they never serve the same canapés twice so we are constantly evolving and experimenting with our offerings for their store openings, lunches and launches.
Our strength is our ability to make bespoke food, to customise for particular events. This ensures the food complements the theme.
Our unique culinary creations include savoury floral canapés. Each piece is painstakingly decorated with edible flowers and each item is also in the shape of a bloom.
Even though we need structure and discipline in our life, we cannot let it become a life of routine and stagnation with no room for innovation. Fait Maison Cuisine has carved a niche in creative catering, not through comparing ourselves to others, but through setting new goals for ourselves. You can see that self-starter spirit is very much in evidence at Fait Maison Cuisine.
