British singer ROBBIE WILLIAMS has shaped up for his musical comeback - he's been on a crash diet for the last two months.
The 35-year-old releases Reality Killed The Video Star in October - his first studio album since 2006's Rudebox, which was widely panned by critics.
And Williams, who has long struggled with his weight, was determined to shed the pounds he has piled on in recent years, sacrificing all his favourite treats in a bid to slim down for his comeback.
He says, "I've been a food ninja now for over two months. Food ninjary (sic) consists of not eating anything you like.
"No cake, no crisps, no chocolate. Surprisingly easier than I thought it would be. Well, easy when you've got a record coming out and you don't want to look like the Michelin man."
