Style-Savvy Volunteers Wanted
Henry Holland shows off his Humani-tee

Supporting young
and independent fashion designers, Traffic [Studio] is hosting a fashion
weekend, co-organised by Tamara Al Gabbani, where fashion and accessory
designers will be showcasing and selling their designs, between 13 and 15
September.

One of our fave
brands Frontline Fashion will be there selling their Zanmi collection
humani-tees – ‘Humanity is Always in Style’ slogan T-shirts – to raise funds to
build an orphanage in Haiti. The team is looking for volunteers to help man
their stall – are you style conscious with a social conscience, and some hours
to spare over the weekend? If so contact: editor@frontlinef.com.

About Traffic
[Studio] Fashion Weekend:
The invite-only opening Party is on Sept 13, 2012 at
Republique in The Address Dubai Mall from 10pm onwards. Then over the weekend
at the Al Quoz location designers will also have the
opportunity to provide insight into their creative process by
producing/customizing items directly on site using the Traffic [Studio]
atelier. They will be able to present samples, sketches and concepts, as well
as to discuss, collaborate, experiment and be inspired by other fellow
designers. Also, among other activities taking place, a short series of
fashion-themed films will be screened in Traffic's Triangle viewing room. They
are:
