Few fresh mint leaves
1. Cut the strawberries into halves.
2. Add sugar, squeeze the lemon and add the balsamic. Mix and cover with cling film. Let marinate for a minimum of two hours.
3. Shred the mint leaves directly into the bowl. Mix and serve.
