STAY's Salute to the Summer
To reflect the season, STAY by Yannick Alléno has introduced a selection of summer favourites. Chef Cyril, under the guidance of Michelin-starred chef Yannick, has focussed on healthy options with dishes such as marinated yellow fin tuna, gratinated goat’s cheese, grilled black Angus beef fillet and a whole monkfish roasted on a spit.
Set in the glamorous One&Only on The Palm Jumeirah, the restaurant features high, wood-panelled walls and lush furnishings in black, bronze and silver. Touches of rich burgundy and vaulted ceilings, decorated in Bohemian black crystal chandeliers, provide an opulent and almost burlesque-style dining atmosphere.
