It’s time to take advantage of the weather and eat alfresco! Experience the best in outside dining with iconic views overlooking the Arabian Gulf and Dubai Marina Skyline at Seagrill Restaurant & Lounge. This spring, Seagrill has revealed a brand new a la carte menu, in addition to welcoming a new Chef and Restaurant Manager, simultaneously redefining not only the menu, but the restaurants concept, too.
Recently joining from Fairmont Banff Springs in Canada, Canadian Chef Kyle Grant, has designed a menu to remind us of those lazy days enjoying memorable food and drinks with family and friends. Offering a dining experience focusing on lighter, brighter and fresher foods, the wholesome casual-style European menu, with inspiration from Mediterranean and coastal cities, offers the freshest of ingredients and most memorable of flavours served in new and unique styles. A generous menu filled with fresh seafood, grilled meats, salads and delectable desserts has been featured, with sharing options for that ultra-perfect sunset and sea-view affair.
The new menu features several sections, from caviar, shellfish and oysters as appetisers, as well as all dishes designed for the option of sharing. Signature favourites include, poached octopus salad, crab cake and fois gras crumble, marinated lamb chops, the Seagrill burger, seabass escalivada and lobster rolls. Delicious new sides include ratatouille and gratin dauphinois, and desserts offer tempting delicacies such as light almond pannacotta, decadent chocolate cake and traditional baked Alaska. A new sundowner cocktail menu and bespoke shisha menu is also available at the lounge.
Head Chef Kyle Grant commented: “We wanted to re-define Seagrill and make it a place for the whole family or groups of friends to enjoy any day of the week - its menu is designed with the freshest of ingredients and presented in an innovative and eye-catching way that we hope our customers will enjoy.”
