Special K Challenge

WHAT’S INVOLVED: Replace two of your three main meals with Special K meals. These can include any variety of the Special K cereal or the Protein Meal Bars. You should also stick to fruit when you feel like a snack. The diet allows you to eat one sensible meal per day but it needs to be healthy and not a quick fix from your local takeaway shop. The organisers behind the Special K Challenge suggest eating their branded snacks and bars too (for more information on this visit www.speciallk.com/my-challenge/) but we say low sugar, low fat alternatives are just as good. The meal plan should be followed for two weeks and the recommended weight loss is just over 2kg.
