150 g shrimp
100ml olive oil
10g chives
5 peanuts
5g dill
10g breadcrumbs
1 egg
salt and black pepper

Season the shrimp and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
Drain and toss in the beaten egg. Bread with the crushed peanuts and breadcrumbs and then fry.

100ml passion fruit purée
10g red chilli, diced 
30ml honey
10g garlic, diced

Bring the passion fruit purée to a boil, add the honey and cook for 10 minutes over a low heat. Stir the chilli and garlic and leave to cool before serving.
