5 thyme stalks
100g tomato pulp
Salt and white pepper, to taste
1. To make the dough: mix together the flour, butter, egg and salt to a firm consistency. Set aside in the fridge.
2. To make the filling: in a saucepan, sauté the olive oil, garlic, onion, shrimp, thyme, chives, salt, white pepper, tomato pulp. Set aside to cool.
3. Roll out the dough on a flat surface and cut into 5cm x 5cm squares to create a ravioli.
4. Brush with egg and bake for 20 minutes at 165C for 15 to 20 minutes.
