Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Debuts New Menu at Bord Eau
Chef de Cuisine Alexandre Pernetta has introduced
a selection of creative dishes like the Loch Fyne wild salmon with scallop and
the venison tenderloin and Perigord ravioli. There also the Dover sole a la
Grenobloise. In addition to the new dishes there are daily specials and the chef
surprises his guests with his seasonal blind tasting menu.
The restaurant opened in 2007 and has been
the receipt of several dining awards in the capital. The eatery also has that
French charm with a chic dining room featuring opulent fabrics and elegant furniture.
