Healthy Recipe: Seared Beef

We've got the delish recipe straight from Dubai's fave Zuma

Ingredients
Sirloin beef
Daikon
Rock chives
Shiso leaves
Oriental dressing

Method:
1. Oriental dressing can be made depending on your own taste
2. Mix together some lime juice, sesame oil, soy sauce and olive oil with some garlic, ginger, green chilli and coriander
3. Season with salt
4. Take a block of sirloin beef and sear all the ends
5. Cut into slices approximately two to three millimetres thick
6. Shred some daikon, chives and shisho
7. Place small amount of daikon, chives and shiso on the plate and cover with a slice of seared beef
8. Drizzle Oriental dressing over the top
