Saudi has restricted UAE travel due to coronavirus

UAE, Bahrain and Kuwait will all be affected

Saudi officials have announced that UAE citizens and residents will be denied entry by land in a bid to reduce the spread of the novel coronavirus. 

On Saturday, March 7, Saudi Arabian officials announced that precautionary measures will be taken to eradicate and protect Saudi nationals and expatriates from contracting the novel Coronavirus.

Citizens from the UAE, Kuwait, and Bahrain will only be able to enter the Kingdom at the King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh as well as the King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah and King Fahd International Airport in Dammam.

The Ministry of Interior has stated that entry into the country, via land through the three nations will only be made with commercial trucks carrying goods to and from the country.
