Royal China Dubai has just added a new Chef’s Recommendations selection to its à la carte menu. The shortlist of gourmet dishes reflecting authentic Chinese cuisine was handpicked by Head Chef Wong based on feedback from diners over the past year. The main aim is to entice diners to sample something more adventurous and understand the versatility of Chinese ingredients. Try the Gourmet-approved steamed chilli prawn dumpling soup, roasted duck with plum sauce and steamed Chilean sea bass with ginger spring onion and round up the Chinese dining experience with Head Barman Dimas’ signature dragon fruit cocktail.
