Singer ROBBIE WILLIAMS has become the latest British celebrity to be caught up in a swine flu scare.
The Angels hitmaker worried fans by posting a blog on his website telling them he may have contracted the potentially deadly virus and was seeking medical advice.
He wrote, "Off to the doctors to confirm if I have pig (flu) or not."
The message caused a flurry of supporters to wish him well, but although the star has not yet confirmed he's been given the all clear, his spokesman insists he just has a cold.
The representative says, "He was just being ultra careful by going to the doctor. He was shooting his video for the new single Bodies last week and picked up a cold on the set."
The Streets were forced to pull out of concerts at the weekend when bassist Wayne Vibes was diagnosed with swine flu, just days after bandmate Mike Skinner was given the all clear.
Two members of pop group the Sugababes were hit by the disease and organisers of the Glastonbury festival in June were put on high alert when three revellers were diagnosed with swine flu.
