Zuma brunch is a luxury all the family can enjoy. There’s a fully kitted-out playroom for kids to run wild in while the grown-ups indulge in an eat-as-much-as-you-like experience at what’s consistently listed as one of Dubai’s top 10 restaurants. Jay Z, Justin Bieber, Lionel Richie and Will Smith are among the celebrities to have visited recently. Food, as you would expect, is far more refined here than at your average brunch. Starting with a set appetiser of squid, miso soup and edamame beans, diners then select dishes from the sophisticated buffet and pick one main course to order. For dessert, there’s another buffet dedicated to elegant desserts from green tea and salted caramel truffles to miniature chocolate cupcakes.
