While Ultra Brasserie’s profile has it residing beneath the umbrella of ‘European’ cuisine, the often-thronged lunchtime spot has seemingly gone out of its way to defy would-be pigeon-holers. However, the common thread running through its dishes – which range from its signature ultra superfood salad and Cajun chicken to veal schnitzel and Asian-themed mains – is ingredients that are organic and locally sourced whenever possible. Offering the option of eating in the bright airy interior or enjoying the outdoor views of Downtown Dubai, Ultra Brasserie’s healthy platters will sate even the most diverse group of appetites.
