Food experiences at The Forge are based on personal preference. Named after the area of a factory that shapes knife blades, this venue lets you choose from its own selection of custom-made steak knives to suit you and your choice of dish. Its contemporary interior was designed by renowned Japanese interior design firm Super Potato and is all about modern elements, such as iron beams and glass. Get your jaws ’round their signature charcoal-grilled USDA sirloin steak with Himalayan salt, and enjoy it in a private or semi-private dining room, inside this elegant Ritz-Carlton location.
