RESTAURANT REVIEW: The Boutique Kitchen in Al Quoz
Mac‘n’cheese – an Ahlan! fave!

While enjoying a lazy Saturday afternoon at home, I stumbled across the menu of a restaurant in Dubai called The Boutique Kitchen, serving up authentic all-American fare. And by authentic, I mean it’s a real American dude cooking up the menu. It’s a delivery-only concept serving up favourites like mac’n’cheese, full of gooey, creamy cheese and topped with a crunchy crust. The comforting grilled cheese follows suit, as does the beef brisket, which has been slow-cooked for hours before being stuffed into a baguette with caramelised onions – it’s off the charts! Best of all, it comes delivered piping hot and is the perfect food for a laid-back weekend living-room picnic!
