Marco Pierre White is no stranger to these shores, and this, his latest eatery, offers the same level of dining elegance we’ve come to expect from the British chef. Pierre White appointed head chef Genny Lorenza to take charge of the open kitchen, bringing with her innovative twists to the boss’ simple English dishes. The signature dish of duck liver parfait with vegetables à la Grecque and truffle cream might sound decidedly un-English, but it does offer a more refined alternative to the still-excellent beer-battered fish and chips that most diners will instinctively make a beeline for.
