Restaurant Review: Koi, The Collection, St Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi
Fusion is the name of the game at Koi, which has formulated a contemporary Japanese menu with a distinctive Californian twist. The funky 700-square-metre venue is kitted out with trendy ‘fire and water’ décor, and has a dedicated sushi bar, cocktail lounge and terraces, which are popular during the cooler months. Try the lobster tacos with mango salsa and yuzu guacamole or the Koi crispy rice topped with spicy tuna and yellowtail tartare.
