How does Indego by Vineet impress? Let us count the ways. There’s the Michelin-starred magician Vineet Bhatia; there’s the ambience that delightfully contrasts elements from the dancing Nataraj figurines to bright floating flowers and cool, stark walls; and then there’s the dill and cucumber raita, which sweeps you off your feet with its tantalising combination of flavours. When an accompaniment to an appetiser is this good, you can imagine what the rest of the dinner is going to be like.

Indego’s food play is so innovative and the results so pioneering that it’s like experiencing the ideal version of Indian food. Movers and shakers across the world think so too. Tennis ace Roger Federer is known to drop in when he’s in town, Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan’s been spotted here and Pakistani politician Parvez Musharraf visits often. The real USP of Indego is that it celebrates all that is Indian, traditional and modern, with such passion. You can’t help but fall in love with the place.
