Be it the variety of steaks from South Africa and Australia, the upbeat atmosphere, the delish aromas in the dining area or the tribal-esque interior – The Grand Grill has it all and offers a feast fit for carnivores! The boerewors (traditional South African beef sausages) are served with African polenta and a spicy, tangy chakalaka sauce to make your taste buds feel reborn. Now on to the steak: we highly recommend ordering the 250g Australian Angus beef sirloin – you won’t regret it. Cooked to perfection and very juicy indeed, this sirloin is brilliant even without condiments; while the North African salmon fillet stacked on a yam potato gratin and served with a celery broth, leaves you wanting more. If that’s not enough, the dessert is equally well-executed at this steakhouse. The malva pudding – an apricot sponge cake served with vanilla ice-cream – is the perfect way to end your meal.
