When Fraiche opened in 2013, it was a frontrunner in JLT’s emergence as a hot spot for chef-led homegrown restaurants offering something different to the mainstream. Serving French-Canadian favourites, Fraiche brought a largely unrepresented cuisine to Dubai’s dining scene. Where else do you find that devilishly delicious combination of fries, cheese and gravy that is poutine?
