Dubai’s original Brazilian restaurant offers an amazing al fresco setting with stunning marina and sea views from the 35th floor of the Ramada Plaza. The restaurant is a Brazilian style churrascaria, where an unlimited supply of 15 different types of meat cuts are served straight to your table. Everything in restaurant hails from Brazil, from the waiters, who are extremely passionate about the food, down to the very last ingredient. For hot appetisers we indulged in polenta and fried banana, before the meat cuts started arriving to the table, along with tasty vinaigrette, chimichurri (minced fresh herbs, garlic, olive oil and vinegar) and guasacaca (avocado relish). Flashcards on the table allow you to your dining experience, when you want to sample all the delicious meat, show the green side, while when you need a short break, turn over the red side. Before dessert, the waiter suggested caramelised pineapple to aid digestion. Thankfully it worked as the traditional Brazilian corn pudding is something you don’t want to miss.
