Sometimes, only a good steak will do. Luckily, we have our fair share of excellent restaurants to indulge in right here in Dubai. So sink back into well-loved leather dining chairs and luxuriate in one of the city’s most atmospheric dining spots, which coincidentally serves exceedingly good steaks. Start with the rich and delicious cannellini veloute, followed by the tenderloin steak with a garlic and onion rub, and a side order of confit chips with tartar sauce for the ultimate decadent dining experience. Or plump for the lip-smacking lemon Dover sole if meat’s not on your radar. Dessert-wise, you can’t go wrong with the sticky Canadian maple pecan pie or the crunchy brown sugar-infused rhubarb and blackberry crumble. And for the vino, bypass a bottle in favour of glass-by-glass pairings per course. Fire & Ice pride themselves on serving more high-end grapes by the glass than any other Dubai steak spot so it would be rude not to try them out.
