The luxurious red carpeted entrance to Buddha Bar’s interior aptly reflects the grandeur of this world- famous restaurant. The moment you enter, cordoned off private lounges open into a room with some of the highest ceilings world-over, replete with an enormous Buddha statue placed right in the centre. What really takes one’s breath away however is that the one beautifully curved, mile-high wall flanked with red velvet drapes, is glass from ceiling to floor. The stunning ambience aside, Buddha Bar’s culinary spread is awe-inspiring with taste and flavour. Sampling the spicy tuna crispy rice finished off with maguro, jalapeno pepper, spicy mayonnaise and crispy sushi rice is a must when dining at this hot spot. The treats don’t end there as the main courses present a whole other chapter of culinary delight. The grilled wagyu is tender meat at its ardently flavoured best while the black cod (that is baked for six hours in the lowest of heats) simply melts on the tongue. It’s no wonder this restaurant is packed to the brim no matter the time of the day or day of  the week.
